Randolph H. Grambling is a partner in the firm's Trial Department. Mr. Grambling is a native El Pasoan and the third-generation of the Grambling family to practice law in El Paso.

Mr. Grambling is an Associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and Immediate Past President of the El Paso chapter. Mr. Grambling is immediate Past President-Elect of the El Paso Bar Association. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. From 2002-2004, Mr. Grambling served as a member of the State Bar Grievance Committee for District 17A, and also served on the State Bar of Texas Professional Enhancement Committee (2004-2005).
He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the El Paso Symphony Orchestra, past president of the Coronado Kiwanis and a past member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA.
