Rachel C. Moreno is a partner in the firm's Trial Department. The focus of her practice includes commercial litigation, personal injury and wrongful death, products liability and premises liability, and medical malpractice.  Prior to Kemp Smith Ms. Moreno practiced at a large international civil defense firm in Dallas, TX.

Since joining Kemp Smith, Ms. Moreno has represented a variety of clients in cases throughout Texas and New Mexico.  She has been able to obtain numerous dismissals for her clients through summary judgment or other pre-trial dispositive means.  In her first trial in state court, Ms. Moreno played an integral role in obtaining a defense verdict in her client's favor. 

Ms. Moreno was selected for inclusion in 2017 and 2018 "Texas Rising Stars" by the publisher Thomson Reuters.
