Kemp Smith LLP is pleased to announce the election of Gregory Martin as the firm’s newest partner in the Business Department. The focus of his practice includes estate planning, non-profits, probate, and tax in Texas and New Mexico. Gregory received his B.A. from Trinity University and is a magna cum laude graduate of Texas Tech School of Law.
Gregory currently serves as the President of the El Paso Estate Planning Council, is on the Board of Directors for the El Paso Holocaust Museum, and is a member of Progress321. He is a member of the 2018-2019 class of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas Leadership Academy and a graduate of Leadership El Paso – Class XXXIX. Gregory is active in public speaking and has presented at the El Paso Estate Planning Council, El Paso Paralegal Association, El Paso Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs, UTEP’s Estate Planning Conference for Women, and the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico 26th Annual Estate Planning Institute.
