Kemp Smith LLP is pleased to announce the election of Rachel Moreno as the firm’s newest partner in the Trial Department. The focus of her practice includes commercial litigation, personal injury and wrongful death. Rachel received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and is a summa cum laude graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Rachel currently sits on the Board of Directors for the West Texas chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, serves as the Vice President of Programs for the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and is a member of Progress321 and the George A. McAlmon American Inn of Court. She is a graduate Leadership El Paso – Class XXVII.
