Kemp Smith LLP is pleased to announce Aaron Goldfarb has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate and Business Department. His practice will focus on business transactions, estate and business planning, administrative law, and probate and trust administration.
Aaron received dual degrees in History and Economics, with highest honors, from the University of Texas at Austin, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law.
He is a member of the State Bar of Texas Section on Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law, the Newsletter Committee for the State Bar of Texas Entertainment and Sports Law Section (TESLAW) and is a Pro Bono Attorney for Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts (TALA). Aaron is an active musician in the Austin area and has performed at SXSW, The Austin Jazz Festival, and Spirit Fest Austin.
